Take eggs out of the fridge and leave them at room temperature. Filled a pot with water and bring it up to broil. Once broiled, gently place eggs in the pot of water for about 5-7 minutes (I chose a happy 6). Have a separate bowl filled with water and ice then once the 6 minutes are up, place your eggs inside of the chilled bath for 1 minute.
You’ll only need half an avocado sliced. Not shown in the picture above but I also drizzled some honey on top to add sweetness to my morning.
Any bread or bagel of your choice will suffice. I toasted mines and added some butter.
Salt and pepper your eggs to taste
And that’s it! As for my morning beverage I had dried chrysanthemum flowers that made a perfect morning tea.
